Julio Jones leaves Falcons game with hip injury

The Falcons might be without their best receiver for the remainder of Sunday’s game against the Bills.

Julio Jones suffered a hip injury in the second quarter and was initially listed as questionable to return as the Falcons held a 10-7 halftime lead at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. He was later ruled out with a hip flexor.

Jones had three catches for 30 yards before heading to the locker room. The seventh-year receiver entered with 16 catches for 256 yards, but has yet to find the end zone this season for the unbeaten Falcons. Jones remained in the locker room when the teams came out for the start of the third quarter.

The 6-3 wideout has had at least 1,400 receiving yards each of the last three seasons with 20 total touchdowns during that span. The Falcons trailed 17-10 in the fourth quarter as Mohamed Sanu was also out with a hamstring injury. Atlanta tied it up on Justin Hardy’s 3-yard touchdown Cheap Hockey Team Jerseys reception with 7 minutes remaining in the game.

Chubb was a disruptive force from the start, sacking Jackson on Louisville’s second play from scrimmage. With a quick burst and relentless pursuit, the 6-4, 275-pound Cheap Ireland Jerseys senior is a sure-fire first-round pick and might even go in the top 10. His block of a Louisville extra-point try kept the N.C. State to seven points at 32-25 with 4:10 remaining.

Jackson’s superb athleticism and arm strength is easy to see, but he struggled with accuracy in the face of relentless pressure from the Wolfpack defense. He finished 26 of 47 for 354 yards and 73 rushing yards on 19 carries while rushing for a score and throwing a touchdown and a late interception that was returned for a touchdown.
